The Challenge:

The original e-commerce platform faced multiple technical and design limitations. Built on a monolithic architecture using MySQL as its database, the platform struggled with scalability and maintenance. Additionally, the outdated design failed to deliver a modern user experience. Compounding these issues was the urgent need to integrate new features (such as Sales Products, Testimonials, Blogs, and Product Bundles) within a tight deadline.

The Solution:

We executed a full system migration to a decoupled architecture (separating frontend and backend), optimizing the project structure for scalability. The entire database was migrated from MySQL to PostgreSQL, a more robust solution for handling complex relationships and advanced queries. We also completely redesigned the graphical interface, prioritizing usability and responsive design. Finally, key functionalities were integrated to enhance the end-user experience and streamline internal business management.
